There is a proposal to use up to four barges a day to deliver 10% of Maury Island to the mainland so it can be used as Third Runway fill as well as other projects.
Highline Aquifer 1999- 2000 Sorry complete Final report available only in hard copy from Dept of Ecology. Dave Garland of DOE sent me one and I assume RCAA office has copy.
